I need Malibu canned cocktails for beach days!

You know what summer means: days spent by the pool or at the beach with a cold drink in hand. Now, we’re fans of making easy mixed drinks, but sometimes it’s nice to have beverages ready to go, like Jose Cuervo’s Peach Lemonade Margarita or  a bunch of Malibu canned cocktails.

Malibu, aka everyone’s go-to coconut rum, started making its ready-to-drink bevs last fall. Now, the lineup has four fresh summer flavors. This is what to look for on the hot days ahead!

What Are the Flavors for 2022?

This “Cocktail in a Can” started last year with Strawberry Daiquiri and Pina Colada, easily one of our fave rum drinks. I mean, how can you not love the flavor combo of pineapple and coconut?

This summer, Malibu is introducing Pineapple Bay Breeze and Watermelon Mojito. The first features sweet pineapple with the tartness of cranberry, while the other has juicy watermelon balanced with mint. Both, of course, feature the brand’s signature Caribbean rum. People were obsessed with this Malibu Watermelon last summer, so the Watermelon Mojito cocktail only makes sense!

The cocktails are pre-mixed, so you don’t have to do a thing other than pop the top. Each can has 12 oz. of delicious cocktail goodness and an ABV of 7%. You can sip straight from the ice-cold can.

Where Can I Buy Malibu Canned Cocktails?

You can grab Watermelon Mojito and Pineapple Bay Breeze right now through Drizly or keep an eye out for both flavors at a local retailer. You can bet we’ll stock up to keep cool throughout the next few months.

Don’t forget to grab some food, too—these summer recipes are perfect for munching on by the pool. And definitely check out the rest of our top canned cocktail picks!
