Best Zuchinni Bread that I have ever made or ate! Added another tablespoon of cinnamon and a ⅛ tsp of cloves. Followed it exact other than that. SO GOOD! Thank you!

Hi Lisa, yes you absolutely can! You may have to adjust the moisture of the batter depending on the GF flour that you use. Good luck and have fun baking!

In reply to Sharon.

This is the best tasting zucchini bread I’ve made. I love all Deanna’s recipes but this is WOW!

So delicious! We just harvested honey from our bees a couple weeks ago, so of course used that in this recipe. Baked it for 50 mins at 325 in a convection steam oven. Perfection! Trying to stop at 2 slices… 😉

This is a fantastic, forgiving, and very versatile recipe! I used a recently fed discard, all purpose flour, and fermented for 4 hours on the counter, and then about 4 in the fridge. The add ins are so customizable,
I used a mix of pecans and chocolate chips. My husband and son loved the chocolate, next time I’ll make one with just nuts for myself to let the flavors shine through. The results are a flavorful, moist, and delicious zucchini bread. A great way to use up a bunch of extra garden zucchini, definitely recommend make this.

As someone who hates to waste my sourdough discard and anything from the garden, I was ready to make this recipe as soon as I saw it. It was AMAZING! Seriously so good that I couldn’t wait for it to cool to break apart a muffin and stuff it, still steaming, into my mouth. I never would have thought zucchini bread could be craveable, but I can’t keep out of them! I actually made a double batch and put the bread in the freezer. Make this now! You won’t be sorry! (But also consider the muffins if your low on self-regulation like me. I could have eaten a whole loaf!)
